Salungano subsidiary's Vanggatfontein mine to supply coal to Eskom from Nov

Keaton Mining – a subsidiary of Keaton Energy Holdings, which is a subsidiary of JSE-listed Salungano Group – has entered into an agreement to supply coal from its Vanggatfontein Colliery, in Mpumalanga, to an Eskom-designated power station.

Under the terms of the coal supply agreement with Eskom, coal deliveries will start on November 1 and continue for five years and two months, with the aggregate contracted quantity of coal to be supplied estimated at about 6.5-million tonnes.
